To interrupt the vicious circle of food waste, an innovative zero waste product line has been developed. Following strict circular economy criteria Gastromotiva has launched items that not only encourage the integral usage of food, but also inspire a new mindset for today’s consumers.
Social business area responsible for the development of several product lines, with the aim of creating institutional value for maintaining Gastromotiva projects as well as implementing new ones.
The products are divided into food products and consumer products. All products are designed and produced following the philosophy that has guided us since 2006. Maintain the utmost respect for the source of all raw materials by using them in an integral way or reclaiming materials from waste that are still fit for consumption. From fruits and vegetables to paper and ceramics.
Currently our portfolio contains notebooks made with graphic production trimmings, mugs that would be discarded due to micro-imperfections, as well as shirts, aprons and ecobags. Within the gastronomic sector, we have jellies, breads and crackers made with toast ale bagasse produced from surplus bread that would have ended up in the trash.
