Gastromotiva has participated in the Cityquest 2015, meeting of global leaderships on new city projects in the planned city “King Abdullah Economic City” in Saudi Arabia.
Chef David Hertz was invited by the CEO of the Project Fahd Al Rasheed. Both are Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. David Hertz made an important speech at the congress bringing innovative ideas to the hospitality industry focused on social gastronomy, inclusion and transformation through food. He emphasized how these new cities have a huge opportunity to be built socially inclusive, with opportunities for all.
