Early in the month, David Hertz, chef and founder of Gastromotiva, took part in the BASE III International Forum in Mexico.

Organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the event enjoyed David´s presence discussing topics from the event´s special panel.

The main topics were: the importance of education as the pyramid base, new models of social business and the relevance of training in communities for the consolidation of local and healthy food.

As well as reaching many conclusions, the event gathered several chefs in favor of Social Gastronomy.
