At the end of this month, chef David Hertz invited fellow chef Kátia Barbosa from Aconchego Carioca restaurant, to learn more about London –based project, The Clink Charity, an organization with training restaurants inside prisons.
Once the prisoners are released, they receive professional, financial and psychological support in order to transform their lives.
Our visit to The Clink Charity inspired us to bring back new ideas for the Gastronomy in Prisons project already developed by Gastromotiva and ATA Institute in Brazil.
