The highlight for April is our Feijoada Fridays, a classic Brazilian dish prepared with passion and care by our team of chefs. We will host chefs and restaurants to feature their special versions of feijoada.

This month, Refettorio Gastromotiva transforms into a culinary and cultural stage, exploring the latest culinary trends with Unilever Food Brasil and launching our partnership with Editora Afluente.

Program Highlights:

April 15 (Monday)
Launch of the “Menu of the Future” project by Unilever Food Solutions Brasil, featuring chefs Thais Gimenez and Igor Mochizuki.

 

April 17 (Wednesday)
Chef Rebeca Serrano, Master Chef Professionals Brazil participant, presents a menu with Peruvian and Mexican influences.

 

April 18 (Thursday)
Chef Juliana Moura, along with the launch of her book “Receitas do Mar,” in partnership with Editora Afluente.

 

April 22 (Monday)
Chef Bibi of @bibi.saigon, inspired by home cooking and street food from Vietnam, Korea, Japan, and Thailand.

 

April 24 (Wednesday)
Chef João Victor from Lilia Bistro offers a French-inspired menu with Brazilian touches.
