All food collected through the solidarity ticket will be donated to the organization, which will also participate in COMEMOS! by selling Gastromotiva Potatoes with four sauce options.

For the third consecutive year, Gastromotiva will be part of the QUEREMOS! Festival on April 13, 2024, at Marina da Glória in Rio de Janeiro. Attendees can purchase a half-price ticket by donating 1 kg of food, which will be used by Gastromotiva to provide meals for those in need. Previously, 12 tons of food were collected, resulting in over 30,000 meals.

Gastromotiva hosts daily social gastronomic dinners at Refettorio Gastromotiva in Lapa, Rio de Janeiro, and distributes meals through its social kitchens across Brazil. The organization also offers culinary and entrepreneurship courses for young residents of favelas and peripheries.

“Our partnership with the QUEREMOS! Festival exemplifies how culture, entertainment, and social good can come together. We are excited to continue engaging more people in causes like education and combating hunger,” said David Hertz, president and founder of Gastromotiva.

The festival’s food court, COMEMOS!, will feature Gastromotiva Potatoes with four unique sauces prepared by the Refettorio Gastromotiva team. All proceeds will support the organization’s projects.

Some of the festival’s lineup includes Djavan, Lenine & Marcos Suzano, Rubel, Djonga, Ana Frango Elétrico, KENYA20HZ, Devendra Banhart, Adi Oasis, and Alfa Mist.
