In the month of mothers, we’ve prepared a program full of family affection.
13/05/2024
Alongside teachers, former students of Gastromotiva, and prominent figures from the Rio de Janeiro scene who will be present in our kitchen, we’ll also share the stories of two chefs who balance motherhood with careers in the culinary field.
Check out our schedule and experience this at Refettorio Gastromotiva, Monday to Friday, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, at 108 Rua da Lapa, Lapa, Rio de Janeiro.
Here’s the schedule:
Day 06 (Monday)
Curating the menu is Dudu Mattos from Encarnado Burger, who has received numerous prestigious awards, including Best Burger Joint by Veja Rio 2022 and the 19th best burger in the world.
Day 13 (Monday)
Chef Bibi Saigon is leading the menu, bringing influences from home-cooked and street food from four countries: Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Her inspiration comes from affectionate family cuisine, offering an oriental gastronomic experience.
Day 15 (Wednesday)
Chef Milena Pimenta is our guest to curate the day’s menu. She is a social cook, entrepreneur, Gastromotiva graduate, and also studies nutrition. Additionally, she runs her own business of healthy packed meals, @levissiima.
