In 2021, Gastromotiva made its impactful entry into Manaus through a collaboration with the Acariquara Institute. During a time of urgency and solidarity, our social kitchens ventured into uncharted territories in the region.

Now, in 2024, this partnership has advanced further thanks to the ongoing support from companies like Sodexo, Coca-Cola, and Stop Hunger Brasil. For the first time, we are launching an entrepreneurship course in Manaus, hosted in one of our social gastronomic kitchens. This initiative has become a hub for territorial development in social gastronomy.

We firmly believe that education is a fundamental tool in generating income and combating inequality both in Brazil and worldwide. We have chosen gastronomy as our medium, believing that access to quality education not only transforms individuals’ lives but also strengthens the entire social fabric.
