The Demi-Glace restaurant celebrates partnership with Gastromotiva and adds forces to the #SocialGastronomy movement. The restaurant embraces Gastromotiva with the creation of the Solidarity Menu: with each menu sold, a meal is donated to Gastromotiva.

The Demi and Gatromotiva partnership goes way beyond granting resources to the NGO. Every month we are at the Refettorio Gastromotiva project with our team to cook and serve a full dinner for 90 people in the street, maybe these are our most important customers of the month. All restaurants have the Solidarity Menu, with each menu sold, the restaurant will donate 1 meal to the NGO.
