We launched a pilot course with 28 students, most coming from Coalcalco (Mexico), home to one of our partners: Corbuse University, member of the “Aliat Universidades”.
In the inaugural class, our students were in the presence of chefs – for Rede – representatives of the Bureau of Social Development of Mexico, members from ALSEA (restaurant association in Mexico) as well as from “Grupo Son”, our sponsor. During the first week, students were taught about hygiene and food handling.
This was followed by classes on basic abilities and social behavior.
