The chef and founder of Gastromotiva David Hertz was invited to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The annual meeting brings together more than 2,500 leaders of the world economy, as presidents, business leaders, finance ministers and Central Bank presidents, directors of the IMF, World Bank and international organizations.
David was one of 40 cultural leaders of the event and he led a dining / meeting about Social Gastronomy which featured important names such as the World Bank president, Jim Yong Kim, the White House chef Sam Kass, among others.
The main topic of the session was how the food is an important tool for social transformation and the organizations around the world that work with this, as Gastromotiva, Table for Two and the Let’s Move from chef Sam Kass.
