On February, more than 70 speakers challenged the guests of “TED 2016: Dream” to dream and make extraordinary plans. In the middle of such inspiring speeches was David Hertz, chef, Gastromotiva’s founder and TED Senior Fellow since 2015.
“What can we do to live a creative life, which are our specific points of view and how can we expand them. Which are our current concerns? Who is actually transforming our daily, virtual, electronic and special reality? Who is contributing for the changes in our cities, taking care of the education for the next generations?” The chef asked, condensing in a few words the questions discovered on this year’s reunion.
